Questions about paying
What is the difference between Standard and HD?
Same band, same desk, same sound. Standard renders at 480p and HD at 720p, so HD faces and clothes come out sharper, which matters most in the close-up. The pack you buy sets it: a Standard pack makes Standard videos, an HD pack makes HD videos, and if you have both, HD goes first.
What if a video fails?
If a render fails on our side, that video goes back to your account automatically. You only pay for videos you get.
Is there a watermark?
No watermark from us on any paid video.
Do my videos expire?
No. Videos you have paid for and not made yet stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. A video that has already been made is not refundable; if it is clearly broken, write to us and we will look at it. See the refund policy for details.
How do I pay?
By card through our payment provider's secure checkout. It is a one-time charge; nothing renews.
